Job description

• Provide support for Recruiting Management RCM and Onboarding ONB modules
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving configurationrelated queries
• Work with HR teams to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
• Optimize system performance by conducting regular health checks
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base for issue resolution
• Perform as an individual contributor with complete accountability for assigned tasks

• Should have worked on Data Mapping activities from RCM to ONB to EC
• Required Skills
• 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM ONB 10 and 20
• Min 1 or 2 Implementation and support in each module
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows offer management and candidate pipelines
• Experience in handling Onboarding 20 configurations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work with technical teams on integration and data migration issues
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication presentation and conflict resolution skills
• Certification in SF RCM RMK ONB10 and ONB 20 Module is MUST
