Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automation Lead located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable.

The Automation Lead will be responsible for overseeing and implementing process automation, developing and executing test cases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality assurance in all automated processes.

The role involves leading projects from inception to completion and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Tools : Playwright + TypeScript (or any automation tools).

Job Description :

We are hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in test automation.

This is a leadership role where you will manage QA processes, lead automation efforts, and guide the team on quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead QA automation efforts for web and API testing.
• Build and maintain test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript or other automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and QA teams to ensure quality standards.
• Define test strategies, create test cases, and manage test execution.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Handle defect tracking and reporting.
