What will you do in this Role :
In this highly visible and challenging role, you will be responsible for productization of TI’s next generation power products. You will work with world class development teams, advanced analog technology and state of the art test platforms. You will actively interface with design, systems, technology, validation, Manufacturing sites, packaging, reliability and marketing. Your contribution will help in expanding TI’s market share by ensuring cost, quality and on-time deliverables and execution.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Development work in support of a broad range of analog products comprising of advanced Integrated Circuits that address Automotive and Industrial markets.
- Collaborate and work in a team environment with Design, Systems, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality and Reliability in all aspects of new product development, production release to accomplish goals and objectives of the team.
- Post Production Support for Customer issues (Failure Analysis) or internal issues (yield fallout, Yield Improvements, Quality Improvements, Test Hole etc.). Address and Fix issues by taking it through “8D”.
- Champioing the funational safety in team, person who ensures that IP blocks and final device meet the functional safety requirements which is expected by customers and regulatory bodies. Person also ensures the ISO 26262 process are followed.
- Work closely with the global manufacturing facilities to address customer specific product quality, yield management and cost reductions issues on mature products. Scope of work could include product spins and derivatives
- Work with failure analysis (FA) team to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures.
- Data Summary, identify results trend and conclude outcome, debug and identify root cause of failures (if any) and final summary presentation to top management with conclusions and suggestions.
Min Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in EE or ECE8+years of Product engineering experience on analog and mixed signal productsComplete understanding of Semiconductor flow from design to volume productionSolid understanding of CMOS and BiCMOS process technology, Circuit knowledgePreferred Qualifications
