Location : Pune (Baner) – On-site

Shift Time - 11 am to 8 pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Partner with management to design and execute HR policies aligned with company values.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance-related activities.
- Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
- Manage grievance handling and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
- Drive employer branding and team-building initiatives.
