Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build reusable case types, rulesets, and decision strategies.
  • Integrate Pega with legacy / cloud systems (REST, SOAP, Kafka).
  • Lead code reviews, upgrades, and production deployments.
  • Support continuous improvement and defect remediation.

Skill Stack

  • Pega PRPC 8 / 9, Java, HTML / CSS, JavaScript.
  • Case Management, SLA config, DCO rules.
  • Jenkins, Git, CI / CD pipelines.
  • Certification : CSA (Mandatory) | CSSA (Preferred).

    • Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years domain experience; 2 + projects delivered in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile / DevOps experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government sectors preferred.
