Job description

1. According to the company's marketing strategy, responsible for building the overseas marketing system for EV market, and developing sales strategies for overseas markets

2. Responsible for conducting research on overseas markets for EV products, collecting, organizing, and analyzing industry information, and regularly submitting relevant reports. Plan sales targets for sales regions and decompose the targets

3. Establish and maintain an overseas customer information database, develop detailed market expansion plans and plans around the company's energy storage product sales targets in the overseas market

4. Establish an overseas sales team, lead the team to achieve the company's market development and sales goals, assign sales tasks to each member, develop sales plans, and ensure sales performance is achieved

5. Manage the sales budget and actual expenses of the sales area in charge

6. Responsible for sales personnel's business training, performance management, and business guidance in the region :
