Basic understanding of Women’s Wear, fashion and category.

Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely processing of online orders.

Actively involved in pre-sales & post-sales support.

Documenting product issues, providing customer feedback and generate summarized reports.

Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store, Marketplace Channels and Exhibition Sale Channel.

Data entry / analysis and reporting of data.

Communicate and coordinating with other internal Operations, and working collaboratively with E-Commerce Manager, Marketing, Warehouse, Stores and Logistics Teams when needed.

Writing and adhering Standard Operating Procedures for new procedures or processes that help create efficiency for the team.
