About the Role :
We're looking for an Operations Manager who can scale systems as fast as we're scaling cities. You'll manage the company's operations backbone, from SOPs and dashboards to vendor management and new verticals like malls, societies, and government projects.
What You'll Do : Operations Control
- Build SOPs, track dashboards, and ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage AMC, uptime, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate across the factory, city managers, and partners.
