Job Title : AI Product Manager
Location : Coimbatore / Chennai
Introduction : We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing the development and growth of cutting-edge AI products, with a focus on the latest models, including Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in AI product management or a related role and possess deep technical expertise in AI and machine learning. Experience in eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and forensics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
AI Product Strategy and Roadmap :
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products, focusing on advanced models such as LLMs and other state-of-the-art AI technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand market needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and delivery.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment of product features with AI research advancements and capabilities.Product Development & Lifecycle Management :
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch enhancements.Ensure AI models are integrated effectively into the product with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.AI Knowledge & Technical Expertise :
Leverage deep knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, and other machine learning models, to create innovative solutions.Stay current with developments in AI, including advancements in large-scale language models, deep learning, and emerging AI trends.Customer & Market Insights :
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product features and functionalities.Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and how AI can address challenges within the eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and forensics sectors.eDiscovery, Cybersecurity, and Forensics Expertise (Added Advantage) :
Leverage knowledge of eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and forensics to develop AI solutions that cater to these specialized industries.Work with subject matter experts in these fields to ensure product features meet industry standards and compliance requirements.Metrics and Performance Tracking :
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ensure continuous improvement.Use data-driven insights to refine product features and optimize user satisfaction.Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI product management or a related role.Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and other machine learning models.Proven track record of managing AI-driven products from concept to launch.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.Experience in agile product development methodologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the eDiscovery, cybersecurity, or forensics industry.Knowledge of AI applications in legal tech, security, and digital forensics.Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
