Job descriptionBuild new features from scratch for both lawyer-facing and client-facing apps. Solve complex legal-tech challenges in a fast-paced environment. Conduct user interviews with lawyers and clients to deeply understand use cases and pain points. Convert insights into PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications. Analyse user behaviour with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Run A / B tests and translate findings into product improvements. Prioritise and manage the product backlog. Drive execution using Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira. Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, marketing, and operations teams. Ensure smooth communication and alignment from concept to launch. Track legal-tech, consumer-tech, and B2C app trends. Identify opportunities to differentiate and improve the app experience. Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially AI. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into app features, consultations, and internal workflows. 1–3 years of product management experience with proven feature / product launches. Strong understanding of B2C mobile app products — flows, engagement, retention, and activation metrics. Experience building or managing mobile apps used by two user groups (e.G., marketplace, service apps, creator-consumer ecosystems). Deep customer empathy with strong problem-solving skills. Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools. Experience with lawyer-tech, marketplace apps, or other two-sided platforms. Working knowledge of SQL. A portfolio showcasing product thinking.
