About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support on-site project deployment and delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple OEMs, a strong understanding of network and server infrastructure, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems. This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining network and server hardware to ensure secure, high-performance IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy and deliver on-site projects with efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices and server hardware from multiple OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Arista, HPE, Dell).
• Set up access points to provide reliable wireless network access.
• Configure and manage LAN, WAN, and network security systems.
• Implement secure failover and redundancy across network devices.
• Configure Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) services to support remote access protocols.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic patterns; evaluate and optimize network performance.
• Test networks to ensure compliance with agreed performance and security requirements.
• Recommend network protocols and services based on user and business requirements.
• Operate network monitoring tools to ensure Quality of Service (QoS) thresholds are met.
• Deploy, terminate, and maintain fiber, copper, and telecom cabling and patch panel systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and test new server and network hardware configurations.
• Maintain and monitor master control terminals for network and computer system performance.
• Develop accurate network diagrams and documentation to support system design and strategy.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Provide operational support including failure analysis, root cause identification, maintenance, and procedural improvements.
• Travel to project sites as required to support deployments.
