We’re Hiring : Talent Acquisition Consultants (Headhunting | Executive Search | Business or Technology | All Levels)

We’re growing — and looking for driven, curious, and skilled Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our team across business & technology vertical. If you understand that finding an excellent operator is who gets shit done is hard and building an A team is hardest, if you’re passionate about finding right talent and finding it fast — this could be your next big move.

You shouldn't apply if you :

  • Are at a stage in life where you are looking for specifically 9 to 5 role

  • What would you have done till now :

  • 3+ years of end-to-end headhunting experience (Business or Technology) (Agency background preferred) with an exceptional track record, OR
  • Are an X- Founder, who has built 50+ team, realizes the challenges of finding an A player & are passionate about helping others build the A Team.
  • Have consistently delivered against targets without compromising quality
  • Bonus points if you have :

  • Experience finding talent for startups
  • Have built an International team / Exposure to international head hunting (US / Europe / MENA markets)
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools for recruitment
  • Experience in setting up or refining SOPs
  • A knack for business development in recruitment
