Staff Engineer - Cryptography Algorithms

Description :

• You have Computer Science / Information Systems degree, or equivalent with at-least 10+ years of work experience.
• Strong implementation experience using languages like GoLang or Java.
• Keen understanding of how to build highly performance systems with such languages.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography algorithms (DES, AES, ECC, RSA).
• Hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and Key Management Systems (KMS).
• Familiarity with EMVCo and Global Platform specifications.
• Understanding of ISO 7816 and ISO 14443 standards.
• Knowledge of PCI technology and transaction processing
• Experience with mobile wallet integration (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) and Wearable / IoT payment devices will be a plus
• Have built and delivered large scale enterprise systems / products.
• Implemented critical aspects of the such systems and have supported such applications in production as SAS service.
• Keen awareness of concerns in massively distributed systems and effective solutions.
• Experience working in DevOps teams and Scrums.
• Ability to learn and deep dive into new technology and business domains, question status quo and think outside of the box.
• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Create and deliver effective presentations to Senior Leadership.
• Ability to partner and influence effectively across multiple business and functional lines, up to and including technology leadership team and business leadership team.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• You will be responsible to architect and own the global card issuance platform, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and compliance with global standards
• Build high level design as well as detailed design of complex subsystems with emphasis in high availability and low latency.
• Working with developers in day-to-day activities and helping in review of design, coding and the SDLC tasks.
• Build POCs to experiment new technologies, databases and other application infrastructure.
