Job Summary
As a Fraud Governance Analyst within the Asset and Wealth Management Fraud Governance team, you monitor and document fraud remediation efforts for Global Private Bank clients. You lead initiatives in data automation, reporting, and documentation to support both regulatory and business objectives. You work collaboratively across teams to ensure strong controls and effective communication during audits and regulatory engagements.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor and track fraud incidents to ensure timely remediation and asset security.
- Implement transaction monitoring solutions in line with regulatory guidance.
- Validate and review decks and dashboards for senior management reporting.
- Manage and optimize reporting streams for efficient data transparency.
- Influence partner LOB rules to align with AWM business models.
- Develop and update process documentation and procedures.
- Drive automation of fraud governance data for regulatory stakeholders.
- Ensure concise data metrics and sampling logic for daily and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with development and implementation teams on audits and regulatory engagements.
- Communicate findings and updates effectively with testing teams.
- Support control documentation and maintain compliance with policy standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
Minimum 8 years' experience in regulatory-based industries focused on fraud or cyber risk data analysis.Analyze and convert raw data into actionable regulatory and fraud MIS insights.Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Excel and Visual Basic, including macro development and automation.Understand key data governance elements within financial services regulatory environments.Perform manual and automated testing across DEV, UAT, PROD, and DR environments.Utilize data visualization tools to support design revisions and enhancements.Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, working independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
Apply experience with data visualization tools for design and enhancement oversight.Understand advanced data governance principles in financial services.Support regulatory-focused data analysis and MIS-level data insights.Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across compliance, risk, controls, legal, technology, and operations.Engage partner stakeholders to drive new client-facing offerings while managing fraud risk.Format and yield data insights from various source types for regulatory reporting.Drive innovation in fraud risk management across multiple global footprints and time zones.Skills Required
