Main Frame Developer (PL1 & DB2)

Responsibilities :

• Extensive expertise in mainframe technologies such as PL / I, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
• Advanced understanding of database systems, particularly IDMS & DB2, and related tools.
• Proficient with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, and Jira.
• Expertise in developing pipelines for CI / CD processes.
• Experience in working with different IDEs, particularly IDz.
• Skilled in conducting 'Impact Analysis' and 'Work Package Estimation' for complex PL / I applications.
• Should be well-versed in SOAP and REST concepts and have experience in developing RESTful services.
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Working knowledge of Traditional & Agile / Scrum methodologies.
