Who we are

We are Upthrust. We work with B2B tech companies. Our goal is simple. We help them grow their revenue.

We don't care about clicks that don't convert. We care about deals. We need a PPC Specialist who understands that spending money is easy, but making money is the hard part.

What you will do

You will live inside Google Ads.

You will dig through the search terms and remove what doesn't get qualified demos, you ensure QS, ad relevance, landing page exp. is well really, really good, not above average or 6 / 10.

You need to be able to keyword research, find leakges in funnel even if its because of your landing page, ensure all campaigns, ad groups, and ads are managed well to power the landing page / website with buying intent traffic using Search, display, p-max, demand gen and more with also use of other third part tools to automate and set rules to manage campaigns.

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience. But more than that, you are hungry.

You want a place where you can prove yourself.

You don't need a manager breathing down your neck to do good work.

You check your campaigns because you want to win, not just because it is your job.

The Offer

We pay for performance. If you are good, you will earn it.

Fixed Salary : ₹6,00,000 to ₹9,00,000.

Performance Bonus : Up to ₹4,00,000 based on your results.

Location : Gurugram. We work on a hybrid model.
