Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Support senior team members in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products / services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, CRM updates, and lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned targets and KPIs related to lead generation, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and lead generation techniques.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good to Have :

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Prior exposure to industries such as IT, SaaS, marketing, or services.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
