Job descriptionDesign and configure SAP SF modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Recruitment Adheres to Pandora best practices, engineering standards and configuration conventions Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM across HR and Retail Handles all phases of implementation—design, configuration, testing, deployment, and Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to gather Ensure security and compliance with data protection regulations and labor laws. Support testing cycles, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide technical documentation, training, and post-go-live support. Strategic Thinking : Align technical solutions with business objectives. Ownership & Accountability : Drive end-to-end delivery and ensure quality Collaboration : Work effectively with HR, IT, and vendor teams. Mentorship : Guide junior engineers and share best practices. Communication : Translate complex technical concepts into clear business Decision-Making : Make informed choices under pressure and manage risks. Continuous Improvement : Promote innovation and process optimization. Stakeholder Management : Build trust and maintain strong relationships with Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent disciplines. 5+ years of experience in HCM system implementation, with at least 2 years Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, APIs, and Experience in retail environments with complex scheduling and workforce Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting for data manipulation and Familiarity with middleware platforms and ETL tools. Understanding of payroll processing, labor compliance, and time tracking in
