Job descriptionExperience with installation and administration of the SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) console Proficient in application support and maintenance of monitoring and notification rules within SCOM Ability to create, install, and manage custom Management Packs (MPs) Strong understanding of SCOM console security , patch management, and role-based access Excellent troubleshooting skills for SCOM components and custom scripts Experience in creating custom SCOM reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Skilled in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for task automation within SCOM Solid understanding of application / network performance and availability monitoring Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and user training Willingness to be on-call for support and issue resolution
