• Ensure compliance with design codes, standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and timelines
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Mentor and develop design engineers to improve skills and knowledge
• Review and approve designs, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Manage the design department budget and resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
