Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work with Product Owners, Service Owners and / or delivery teams to ensure that delivery matches commitments, acting as a partner concern point and facilitating communication when service commitments are not met
- Lead and be accountable for the Agile Product team supporting Clinical Trial Data & Analytics (CTDA) capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, driving robust prioritization and governance through PI planning in collaboration with business leadership.
- Oversee the management of Build and DevOps teams, ensuring smooth development, deployment, and operational support for CTDA capabilities.
- Design and implement robust data foundations, including new interfaces, workflows, and data models, to enable seamless integration of clinical systems and efficient clinical data reporting.
- Leverage innovative AI / ML and cloud technologies to address Clinical Operations needs and shape the vision for the R&D software ecosystem.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, champion diversity, and embed global ways of working within a local and international context.
- Serve as a SAFe coach, mentoring teams in Agile product delivery and fostering a Lean-Agile leadership culture.
- Maintain strategic relationships with leadership, providing regular updates on IS services, performance metrics, and unmet needs to keep collaborators informed and engaged.
- Lead impact assessments to evaluate changes to existing systems, proposing solutions to align with business needs and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to ensure alignment across global operations, driving operational excellence in a matrixed organization.
- Understand workflows, decision-making processes, and information needs of collaborators, contributing to defining business outcomes and technology solutions.
- Ensure rigorous testing, compliance, and successful deployment of integrations into production environments.
- Actively participate in leadership meetings, collaborating across functional groups to deliver high-quality results that meet organizational objectives.

Master's degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field ORBachelor's degree with 10 - 14 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field ORDiploma with 14 - 18 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related fieldDemonstrated experience in managing technology initiatives and teams with a track record of successful innovationExperience in people management and leading matrixed teams, and passion for mentorship, culture and fostering the development of talent.Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization solutions such as Tableau and SpotfireHave strong business acumen. Can demonstrate deep understanding of industry, therapy and productPreferred Qualifications :
