Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala, India for a Senior Application Specialist. The Senior Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support and technical assistance for ultrasound systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, delivering product training to clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Application Support and Technical Support experience
• Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India
• Proven experience in the healthcare or ultrasound industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
