Job Description :
1. Sales & Business Growth
Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for all stores in the cluster.
Track store performance, daily sales reports, and KPIs (AOV, conversions, footfall).
Support promotional activities, product pushes, and festive campaigns.
2. Store Operations
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs across stores.
Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and shrinkage control.
Coordinate with logistics for replenishment and inter-store transfers.
3. Customer Experience
Support stores in maintaining high service standards.
Handle escalated customer queries politely and efficiently.
Ensure frontline teams follow brand guidelines in grooming & behavior.
4. Team Coordination
Support Store Managers in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
Assist in training new staff on product knowledge, sales skills, and CRM.
Motivate sales teams to achieve cluster-level performance goals.
5. Compliance & Visual Merchandising
Ensure stores follow compliance standards (billing, audit, cash handling).
Maintain attractive VM displays aligned with jewellery guidelines.
Ensure security protocols for gold, diamonds, and high-value stock.
