ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a skilled, organized, and quality-focused Site Supervisor to oversee execution across multiple residential interior projects. The role requires strong coordination, on-site decision-making, and the ability to ensure projects are completed as per design, timeline, and quality standards. You will work directly with the founders and project team, playing a key role in delivering seamless project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Supervise day-to-day site activities , ensuring work aligns with drawings, BOQs, and project timelines.

Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution.

Monitor material delivery, site readiness, measurements, and quality checks.

Provide daily site updates , progress reports, and escalate issues proactively.

Ensure site safety, discipline, and clean working conditions.

Manage and support on-ground labour teams , ensuring adherence to quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.

Work Experience : Minimum 1 year of on-site execution experience in the interiors industry.

Additional Must-Haves :

2-wheeler is mandatory for commuting between sites

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Project Sites : In & around Miyapur & Kompally

Work Week : 6 days
