Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified CyberArk Lead / Implementation Specialist to design, deploy, and manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across complex enterprise environments.
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk components, strong integration expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of privileged access security principles and best practices.
This role combines architectural design, implementation leadership, and operational excellence to ensure the highest levels of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of CyberArk Privileged User Access Management (PUAM) solutions across enterprise and branch environments.
- Design and deploy scalable CyberArk architectures supporting high availability, redundancy, and secure access for distributed and internet-facing systems.
- Install, configure, and manage key CyberArk components, including :
a. Vault
b. Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
c. Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
d. Central Policy Manager (CPM)
e. Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
Integrate CyberArk with enterprise platforms and tools such as :a. Active Directory (AD) and LDAP
b. SIEM systems (e., Splunk, IBM QRadar)
c. Ticketing systems (e., ServiceNow)
d. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP desirable)
Define and enforce privileged access security policies, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Conduct health checks, upgrades, and maintenance of CyberArk infrastructure.Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and operational reliability.Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, runbooks, and operational manuals.Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis related to privileged access controls.Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to CyberArk best practices.Technical Skills & Expertise :

CyberArk Sentry and / or CyberArk Guardian (required for project / vendor approval)CyberArk Expertise :
Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM Suite installation, configuration, and administration of Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM, and PTA.Experience with CyberArk REST APIs and automation scripting for account onboarding and management.Integration Skills :
Integration with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar), and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).Exposure to cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.Security & Compliance :
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Security (PAS) and Zero Trust principles.Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, and GDPR.Scripting & Automation :
Proficiency in PowerShell, REST APIs, or equivalent scripting languages for automation, reporting, and workflow optimization.Monitoring & Troubleshooting :
Experience in monitoring CyberArk environments, identifying performance bottlenecks, and resolving configuration or access issues.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.Experience in regulated industries (e., BFSI, Healthcare, Government) is desirable.Soft Skills :
