Job descriptionDesign and Animation : Create static graphics, animations, explainer videos, GIFs, and promotional materials tailored to the needs of B2B SaaS marketing campaigns. Concept Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize ideas and translate them into visually compelling designs. Storyboarding : Develop storyboards to outline animation sequences and ensure alignment with project goals. Video Production : Produce high-quality motion graphics videos from concept to finalproduction, including scripting, illustration, animation, and editing. Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding guidelines and visual identity. Software Expertise : Utilize industry-standard tools for creating motion graphics and static designs. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other designers to deliver cohesive multimedia solutions. Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools to continuously improve the quality of deliverables. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, sciences, marketing, design, or a related field. Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS organization. Overall motion graphics design experience of at least 4 years. Good understanding and experience of using graphics design tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing), Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics creation), Adobe Photoshop (image editing), Mocha Pro, Adobe Express, and GenAI tools for image and video generation. Strong storytelling ability through visuals. Expertise in typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to troubleshoot design challenges effectively. A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics projects and static designs relevant to B2B SaaS or similar industries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, and Pune.
