Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams.

Minimum 15 years of experience in software development.
Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and delivering enterprise-gradesolutions.
Strong expertise in Java / Spring and .NET technologies with hands-on experience using relationaldatabases.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI / CD pipelines, and automation.Demonstrated people management and team-building skills.Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Skills Required
