Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive (SDR) is responsible for identifying, connecting, and qualifying potential customers through inbound and outbound channels.

This role focuses on initiating contact, understanding requirements, and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lead generation through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding company profile, tender stage, and requirements before passing to BDRs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and updates in Zoho CRM .
• Achieve daily activity and meeting-booking targets.
• Work closely with BDRs and the Marketing team to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Share regular insights from prospect conversations to strengthen the sales playbook.
