About Ampverse DMI

Ampverse, Asias largest ecosystem of gaming and entertainment communities and IPs, has joined forces with DMI Group in India, forming a strategic joint venture. The primary objective of this partnership is to bolster the esports and gaming ecosystem in the country and create a dedicated platform to nurture and promote college esports talents. Leveraging Ampverses expertise in building esports and gaming communities and DMI Finances financial prowess, the joint venture aspires to revolutionize the gaming ecosystem in India.

They plan to achieve this by developing a series of Gaming IPs including a national collegiate Esports platform, hosting on-ground activations, forging partnerships with influential gaming figures, and establishing mentorship programs to nurture up-and-coming college Esports talent. The first co-developed IP, College Rivals - Esports Series was launched in August 2023.

Central to their mission is the idea of fostering inclusivity, diversity, and excellence within the Indian Gaming community. They aim to provide opportunities to a wide range of talents, irrespective of backgrounds or identities, with the goal of empowering the gaming community as a whole. The decision to focus on India is backed by the rapid growth of Gaming within the country as well as the revolutionary growth of the Creator's Economy.

About the Role :

As an Influencer Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and spearhead partnerships between brands and influencers, focusing on crafting creative and result-driven campaigns.

Your understanding of the gaming ecosystem will help you identify opportunities and build meaningful relationships to achieve revenue targets and establish Ampverse Pulse as the leading gaming agency for influencer-led solutions. Identify, pitch, and close potential deals with brands, for influencer marketing collaborations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brands.
  • Understand client objectives, budget and concern, make proposal to client with suitable solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, gaming culture, and influencer marketing best practices to continuously refine strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualification & Skills :

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales working with an influencer marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including knowledge of esports, content creators, and gaming communities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
