Job description

Description : This is contract based role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Ariba across enterprise procurement systems.
  • Design and execute integration strategies using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools to connect Ariba with third-party and ERP platforms.
  • Manage system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Partner closely with procurement, IT, and vendor teams to drive data consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and design to post-implementation support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement technologies, ensuring alignment with global best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 710 years of experience leading procurement technology or ERP implementation projects in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record in SAP Ariba implementation and integration, including connectivity with other procurement and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and procurement workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with API-based integration, middleware platforms, and ETL frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

  • Deep understanding of procurement processes including sourcing, supplier onboarding, and tail spend management.
  • Exposure to AI-driven procurement, agentic AI, or autonomous sourcing automation.
  • Prior experience in consulting or leading digital transformation projects within procurement or supply chain.
