Job Purpose

A CNC Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines with 4 and 5-axis capabilities. This role involves managing a team of CNC operators, machinists, and technicians, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of 4-axis and 5-axis CNC equipment. The manager will work to optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and maintain safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Team Management :

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of CNC operators and machinists.
• Schedule shifts and allocate resources to meet production demands.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in skills and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and safe working environment.
