Location : Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings : 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM (U.S Shift) Mon - Fri

100% Onsite Role

Experience Required : 0.5 – 4 years

Job Summary :

Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, Medical Technicians, CNA, LPN, Therapists and Support Staff.

Conduct detailed screening of candidates’ credentials, licenses, certifications, and experience to ensure regulatory eligibility.

Coordinate and manage the credentialing process including verification of :

Nursing and medical licenses (state, national, and specialty)

Certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CNA, RRT, etc.)

Maintain knowledge of credentialing and compliance standards; stay updated on :

State medical and nursing board regulations

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing → screening → coordinating interviews → offer negotiation → onboarding.

Maintain candidate profiles and documentation in the ATS and credentialing databases.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles.

Audit and track expiring licenses and certifications to ensure compliance.
