We are seeking an experienced SAP Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming, customizing, and supporting SAP software solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP applications, enhancing existing functionality, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP modules and other systems. Your role will be key in helping the organization leverage the power of SAP to optimize business processes across various departments.

• Develop and enhance custom SAP applications, reports, and interfaces based on business requirements.
• Write and maintain ABAP code for the development of custom solutions, including reports, forms, enhancements, and user exits.
• Design and implement SAP enhancements and modifications to meet user and business needs.
• Customize SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP HR.
• Integrate SAP systems with external applications and databases, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between systems.
• Work with other IT teams to design and implement interfaces between SAP and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, WMS).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align SAP development with business processes.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving bugs in custom-developed solutions.
• Monitor the performance of SAP systems and optimize ABAP code to improve system efficiency and reduce response times.
• Assist with SAP upgrades, patches, and system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Perform unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new developments, enhancements, and integrations.
• Document SAP code, technical designs, configuration steps, and other system processes to ensure easy maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support documentation for end-users where necessary.
• Work closely with functional teams (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD) to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate SAP programming solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to deliver system improvements and new functionalities.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Continuously analyze SAP applications and processes for areas of improvement.
• Implement performance optimization techniques in ABAP and other programming tools to enhance system speed and reliability.
