Job Summary :

We need an experienced Procurement Manager to handle sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and cost control for interior, furniture, fixtures, and civil construction materials used in commercial / coworking projects .

Responsibilities :

• Source & finalize vendors for interior, furniture & civil materials
• Negotiate rates, delivery timelines & contracts
• Prepare POs & track deliveries across multiple sites
• Maintain inventory levels & ensure timely material availability
• Conduct vendor performance checks & quality verification
• Coordinate with design, project & operations teams
• Manage budgets, BOQs, rate sheets & cost-saving initiatives
