We are hiring for our client company, which is a start-up that established its operations before 3 years. They are a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality metal components, specializing in castings, machined parts, forgings, and fabrications. The company has around 80 employees all over India and its head office in Bangalore.

The company is exporting casting & machining components from India to other countries.

Job Title :  Central Production Lead– Precision Component Manufacturing

Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience

Work Timing : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Job Location :  Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Position Overview :

The Plant Operations Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations for precision components at our partner factories, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with best practices in manufacturing, exposure to various scales and complexities of operations, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a high-precision environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Production Management :

• Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure output meets quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and coordinate with partner factory leads for work planning and prioritization.
• Develop, monitor and analyze KPIs (yield, rejections, cycle time) to identify and address bottlenecks and underperformance.
