The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users and clients.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions in the system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats.
Requirements
Experience : 1–3 years in software support, IT help desk, or a similar technical role.Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Languages : Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.Skills :Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-first approach with a positive attitude.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Work Schedule
Timings : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST (equivalent to 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST) — rotational shifts.Work Type : On-site (Ahmedabad, Gujarat).Compensation
