Job Purpose
To support and strengthen ISB’s alumni philanthropy efforts by coordinating alumni giving campaigns, managing donor communication and stewardship activities, facilitating class gift initiatives, and enabling deeper alumni engagement across the community. The role ensures a smooth donor experience and contributes to ISB’s mission of advancing scholarships, faculty research, and long-term institutional priorities — working closely with and supporting the Advancement Lead.
Job Outline
This position in the Office of Advancement supports the coordination and execution of alumni giving initiatives, including Alumni Giving Week, reunion Gifts, and class Gift campaigns—under the direction of the Advancement Lead.
Key responsibilities include donor communication, stewardship activities, content creation, meeting coordination, data management, and providing backend and administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of all giving-related initiatives. The position requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, project coordination, analytical strength in managing data and numbers, and a high degree of detail orientation, while supporting the Advancement Lead in driving fundraising and alumni philanthropy outcomes.
Job Specification
Knowledge / Education
Masters (preferably in Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields)
Strong written and verbal communication
Advanced proficiency, hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of fundraising processes (preferred)
