Job description

Responsibilities

  • Feasibility / FEED Studies for Power projects
  • Benchmarking, cost analysis, contracts review
  • Engineering Disciplines coordination during the project execution
  • Review of functional specifications, datasheets and basic concept drawings for Power plant projects.
  • Technical evaluation of Power Purchase agreements and its technical appendices, EPC Contract, O&M Contract, LTSA contracts and closure of clarifications and report preparation
  • Review of Engineering Drawings and Documents.
  • General technical support to Utility Companies, Plant Owners, Project Developer Companies, Banks & Governments pre / post financial close for new build plants as well as existing operational plant.
  • Working on reports in roles such as Lender's Technical Engineer, Technical due diligence, Transaction Advisory etc.

Qualifications

Experience of Combined Cycle Power Plant, Open Cycle power plant direct experience is a must.

BGV :
