Project Management Coordinator Role

This role involves the execution, coordination, and delivery of complex projects and partner initiatives. It requires project management skills and a passion for building collaborative relationships. The Project Management Coordinator will support the creation of project plans and detailed specifications, actively maintain project trackers and documentation, assist cross-functional teams with coordination and resource monitoring to ensure timely program delivery, define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, create and manage partner programs, organize training and resources, monitor and analyze basic partner performance metrics, gather feedback from partners and customers, and contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms.

Additionally, this role will involve maintaining and building databases for internal use and market intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders are essential.
