🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Engineering Lead | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Join our dynamic and enthusiastic team as a Data Engineering Lead and play a key role in building scalable, high-performance data platforms. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive technical excellence while effectively managing stakeholders and mentoring a high-performing team.

📍 Location: Bangalore / Remote

🗓 Experience: 12+ years (with at least 7+ years in relevant data engineering roles)

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

👩 💻 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading a team of 8–10 data engineers
• Strong hands-on coding expertise with end-to-end data engineering development
• Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with technical execution

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality data solutions
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses
• Ensure data availability, reliability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes, tools, and standards
• Provide technical mentorship and support career development for team members
• Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
• Partner with BI, Product, IT, and Cloud teams to enable data-driven decision-making
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
