We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our India team. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between Giga and our customers, helping them design, deploy, and optimize sophisticated solutions using our low-code platform. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer-facing communication to ensure successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact (PoC) for customers throughout the solution delivery process.
- Run discovery calls, requirement gathering sessions, and product demos with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define and align on milestones, success metrics, and deliverables for each engagement.
- Proactively drive meetings, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle : design, prototype, build, test, deploy, and monitor.
- Build and optimize solutions using the low-code platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Set up CI / CD pipelines, monitor live usage, and implement iterative improvements.
- Debug live issues, troubleshoot customer problems, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices to accelerate future projects.
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing unmet needs and feature requests.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype new features and improve platform functionality.
- Provide actionable insights to strengthen the platform for all customers.
Required Skills & Experience :
Solid understanding of Python, APIs, tool integrations, and scripting.Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI / CD, and system monitoring.Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms (preferred but not mandatory)Prior experience (26 years) in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer,Implementation Specialist, or similar).Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach.Interpersonal Acumen : Able to balance technical depth with customer empathy.Entrepreneurial Drive : Ambitious, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of outcomes.Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer success.Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly.Comfortable creating reusable frameworks and solution guides.Experience working in B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions environments.Background in AI / ML-powered applications, automation tools, or data-driven platforms.Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, microservices, or workflow orchestration tools.Prior experience in startups or with an entrepreneurial mindset.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge low-code and AI-powered solutions.High-impact role with ownership of end-to-end customer success.Exposure to global customers and complex problem-solving.(ref : hirist.tech)
