Job Title : Recruiter – Skilled Trades & Engineering (Night Shift)

Shift Timing : 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM IST

Location : Remote / India

Market Focus : Canada & U.S.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can effectively hire for Skilled Trades and Engineering roles across Canada and the U.S. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a proven track record of recruiting successfully in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Skilled Trades and Engineering positions
• Work closely with Account managers to understand job requirements
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews, coordination, and follow-ups
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication
• Work during North American business hours (7 PM–4 AM IST)
