Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Bengaluru, India, for a Senior Project Architect. The role involves managing and overseeing architectural projects, preparing and reviewing design submittals, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architectural design, and a strong background in project design and development

Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop & Sketchup

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards is a plus

Effective communication and organizational skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Bengaluru region

Senior Architect - 8-10 Years

Project Architect - minimum 3-5 years experience
