Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator (L2 / L3) to manage and support our IT infrastructure, with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling advanced desktop support, networking, and vendor management, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 / L3 support for desktop-related incidents, including software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades, patches, and updates.
• Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions in Google Suite.
• Monitor and manage network components, including firewalls and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
• Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced network issues, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, warranty services, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for system integrity, network security, and data backup.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers in the team.
