Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements.
- Regularly interact with the Account Manager to understand the requirements.
- Understand the requirements in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for clients in the US.
- Develop action plans / recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
- Handle different types of Non-IT roles (Maintenance Technician in the automation / manufacturing industry) with experience in full life cycle recruitment.
- Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
- Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Regularly interact with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements, and create a funnel of potential candidates.
