Test Engineer - Tosca & Power BI

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced

Test Engineer

with strong expertise in

Tosca automation

and

Power BI validation / testing

• . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of data, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain

test automation frameworks

using

Tricentis Tosca

Create and execute

test cases

test scripts

, and

test scenarios

for data and BI reports validation.

Perform

functional, regression, and integration testing

for Power BI reports and dashboards.

Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, and visual consistency between data sources and Power BI outputs.

Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to identify defects and ensure test coverage.

Participate in

test planning, requirement analysis

, and

defect triage meetings

Generate and communicate

test reports, metrics

, and

test documentation

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience in Tosca automation

(test design, execution, and maintenance).

Strong understanding of

Power BI reports and dashboards testing

Proficiency in

SQL

for data validation and backend testing.

Good knowledge of

ETL / data flow testing

concepts.

Experience with

Agile / Scrum

methodologies.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
