EY- Assurance Staff MIS And F

As part of our EY-Assurance Team you will act as integral part of the team to support periodic report outs of MIS and Finance functions across all Assurance areas and regions.

The opportunity

Were looking for candidates who will act as integral part of the team to support periodic report outs of MIS and Finance functions across all Assurance areas and addition the staff will also be involved in providing round the year support on all GDS Assurance PPEDD enablement (strategic projects) and SSL / Initiative specific needs internal to GDS Assurance.

TheStaffwill be responsible for delivering high-quality support and willneed todemonstrate strong operational acumen with expertise instakeholdermanagement and business operations.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the data sources and data structures of the company
• Handle widespread operations reporting which includes reports specific to the following work streams Finance Growth and Planning Service Delivery and People
• Support in AR follow ups Finance infrastructure setup and in Finance related reporting
• Ability to gather clean visualize and work with large datasets in a simplified manner
• Advanced understanding Microsoft Excel for creating dashboards
• Must be able to function effectively and manage multiple inquiries in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to handle projects independently and as part of a team
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Develop MIS process documentation for smooth operations
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Appreciate giving and receiving feedback as part of a company culture
• Candidate should have experience in working with people from another country or culture
