Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Storage Migration Specialist with strong expertise in SAN storage technologies and cloud migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with at least two major storage platforms such as NetApp, EMC, Veritas, Hitachi, or IBM, and be proficient in designing and executing block-level storage migrations from on-premises to public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize storage solutions with a focus on automation and scalability.
• Lead the migration of enterprise workloads from on-prem to cloud using SAN storage block-level migration technologies (LUNs, Fibre Channel, etc.).
• Execute multiple Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for large-scale storage migrations.
• Implement and support storage migration strategies using both commercial and open-source technologies.
• Perform re-platforming migrations (e.g., Commercial to Open Source, On-Prem to Public Cloud).
• Design and troubleshoot interrupt handling scenarios related to LUNs and SAN connectivity.
• Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes.
