About the Role :

We're looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our ROR team and contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications. In this role, you will be working with the latest versions of Ruby (3.3.1) and Rails (8.0.2), while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and user-centric solutions.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has strong backend expertise, and is also comfortable with front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities : -

Develop, test, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications (Ruby 3.3.1, Rails 8.0.2).

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Implement testing frameworks (RSpec) for robust and reliable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and QA.
• Work with REST APIs and tools like Postman for integration and testing.
• Version control and collaboration using GitHub and GitLab.
• Manage tasks and workflows using Jira.
• Contribute to front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, and React.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.-

Stay up-to-date with new ROR features, trends, and best practices.

Education Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
