Job Title : Technical Support Lead Engineer (2–4 Years) – BhashSMS

Location :  Bangalore Salary :  ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (₹30,000 target) Experience :  2–4 years Job Type :  Full-time (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic software-related issues.
  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and support tickets with high professionalism.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technical team members.
  • Run simple SQL queries and assist in creating custom reports.
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Continuously learn company tools, APIs, and platforms.
  • Follow defined workflows, SLAs, and support processes.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication etiquette.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Support / IT Helpdesk.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems and software applications.
  • Good knowledge of SQL or relational databases (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL).
  • Exposure to PHP is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer calls confidently and patiently.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
